Another good day

Mom is now more than half way through the doctor's orders of voice rest!  Her pain level was low throughout the day and her blood pressure and heart rate remained consistently at normal levels.

All in all ...... she had a really good day.  I took her out for a short ride to the store about noon.  The rest of day was spent at home resting.  Margaret and I took advantage of our husbands and put them to work helping us get the house a bit more organized ..... something Mom has wanted to do for some time now.  It was actually quite fun and I think Mom is very pleased with the results so far!

She so enjoys reading all of your wonderful comments - keep them coming!!!

Tomorrow will start with 7:30 Mass at St. A's and we might just do some rearranging in her bedroom!

Love to all,

  3. Hi Mary,

It is terrific that you have such a wonderful support system in place. Make sure to follow the doctor's orders! You are in my thoughts.

  4. Hi Grandma,
I want to know what the Windex on the purse was for...

I heard lots of progress was made with organizing your rooms. I think I might need Dad and Tim to come down here and help with the boys' drawers and closets!

    Love you,
    Kim

  5. Hi Aunt Mary,

Steve & Stephanie want you and your family to know our thoughts are with you.

We were in and out of Napa the last 2 weekends, but thought it best to wait to stop in and see you, as we understood there was allot of activity and it sounds like allot accomplished.

We are in touch with Julie and Mom regularly and plan on visiting again soon, and will include a visit to see you then.

    Love & Prayers,
    Steve & Stephanie
